Copland Forest Friends Association BY-LAWS
To ensure compliance with the Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act (ONCA), the Copeland Forest Friends undertook a comprehensive By-law review. The new By-law is compliant, clear and concise. The By-law was passed by the Board of Directors on Jan. 17, 2024, and approved by the Association membership at the Annual Meeting on April 24, 2024.
With the approval of the new by-law, ALL PREVIOUS BY-LAWS the Association (as defined in the by-law), as amended from time to time, are hereby repealed and replaced in their entirety with the following, being a by-law relating generally to the business and affairs of COPELAND FOREST FRIENDS ASSOCIATION (the “Association”).
